When making your TahoeSkiShuttle.com purchase, please be sure all information you enter is correct. The site will confirm your selections before completing the purchase. Not all resorts offer shuttle service, and most resorts have varied pick-up locations, so be sure you selections are correct before completing your purchase.

Lost Vouchers
TahoeSkiShuttle.com is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. To replace a lost voucher, return to TahoeSkiShuttle.com and click "Previous Purchases." Log in using the email address and password used for your original purchase and simply reprint your lost voucher. TahoeSkiShuttle.com is not responsible for lost vouchers redeemed by others. Call 1-866-374-8855 if you lose your voucher.

Refunds/Exchanges
All TahoeSkiShuttle.com purchases are final. Shuttle vouchers are only valid for the date on the voucher. Lift ticket vouchers can be redeemed at any time before the close of the Spring 2006 ski season. No refunds or exchanges will be given.

Shuttle Voucher Terms & Conditions
This voucher is only valid at the pick-up location and for the date shown. Vouchers must be presented to the shuttle drive to board shuttle. For assistance finding the shuttle pickup location for your hotel, please see the concierge desk.

Voucher Redemption
TahoeSkiShuttle.com vouchers must be redeemed at the Special Tickets office (any ticket window at Northstar). Present your voucher at the ticket window to redeem it for your lift tickets. The resort attendant will scan your barcode, checking it for validity, and then give you your lift tickets. In the event of a problem with your barcoded voucher, please call 1-866-374-8855.

Voucher Security
Each TahoeSkiShuttle.com voucher has a unique barcode. Once a voucher has been redeemed, it is no longer valid. Partially redeemed vouchers are still valid, but only for the unredeemed portion. The unredeemed portion of a TahoeSkiShuttle.com voucher can be verified using the "Previous Purchases" section of the Web site.
